Hello, valued partners! This page serves as a notification to inform you of recent updates.
New Title Lifecycle messaging enhancements
Prime Video now offers content partners four strategic tools to build anticipation for movie and TV content that has not yet launched on the service. These pre-release features enhance audience engagement by allowing partners to create early visibility, provide access to promotional content, and highlight key dates.
The four main anticipation experiences and specs include:
- Pre-release content pages with a Watch trailer call-to-action button.
- Pre-release content pages with enhanced messaging that displays info like the title launch date, and provides offer and entitlement clarity with relevant call-to-action options.
- Upcoming episode visibility for viewers of non-binge TV series.
- Season milestone announcements to highlight events such as TV season premieres or finales.
For complete information on how to apply these messaging features to your content, see Build anticipation for upcoming titles.
Column picker functionality is now available
The column picker lets you customize the information you see on the Titles, Avails, or Assets tabs in Catalog Manager. You can create new column layouts by choosing which columns are visible and in what order, and save your preferences for future use. The column picker works with search, filters, and exports to help you manage your own workflows. For details, see Column picker.
Build custom views in Catalog Manager
You can adjust the preset filters available on different tabs in Catalog Manager to build custom views and reports of all your items and assets. Custom views can help you anticipate what files are due for delivery, or review what’s already been delivered to see whether anything is missing. The new support topic Build a “Look Ahead” view for your titles walks you through creating such a custom view on both the Assets and the Avails tabs. It also suggests some other filter settings you can apply to create different reports. Use preset filters to manage your titles your own way.
Important changes to customer support channels
We’re updating our customer support process to provide you with faster, more personalized assistance. Effective April 21, 2025, we’re deprecating the following direct email support channels: pv-ops-support-europe@amazon.com, pv-ops-support-india@amazon.com, pv-ops-support-sea@amazon.com, and pv-ops-support-ww@amazon.com.
Moving forward, all support requests and troubleshooting inquiries should be submitted through the Slate Contact Us form. This streamlined approach will enable our dedicated support team to:
- Instantly connect with your specific account
- Quickly understand your unique issue
- Deliver tailored resolution steps
- Provide 24/7 responsive support
Partners who use the Slate Contact Us form will experience more efficient and precise support, ensuring your concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Thank you for your continued partnership.
Reminder: The Supply Chain Newsletter is moving to Slate
We’re transitioning these monthly Supply Chain updates from an email newsletter to a page that lives directly in the online support documentation. Driving our communications through Slate itself lets us reach every partner and internal stakeholder of the portal, in the language that they prefer, and helps us to build a consistent archive of these updates in one place.
This March 2025 update duplicates the same information in the usual newsletter email, and on a new support page. We expect to finalize deprecating the email version in April. But the updates will still continue on a monthly cadence, and will appear as links on the What’s New page in Slate each month.
