The Catalog Manager Mini Dashboard provides partners with an at-a-glance view of catalog health directly in Catalog Manager. The Mini Dashboard features widgets for both the Assets and Avails tabs that help you narrow down your catalog in a single click, enabling you to prioritize actions and improve on-time publishing performance.

Accessing the Mini Dashboard
The Mini Dashboard is available in both the Assets and Avails tabs of Catalog Manager.
To access the Assets tab widgets:
- Navigate to Catalog Manager from the Slate navigation menu
- Select the Assets tab
- The Mini Dashboard widgets appear at the top of the page above the asset list
To access the Avails tab widgets:
- Navigate to Catalog Manager from the Slate navigation menu
- Select the Avails tab
- The Mini Dashboard widgets appear at the top of the page above the avail list
Tip: The Mini Dashboard is visible by default - no additional setup or configuration required.
Hiding the Mini Dash
You can temporarily hide the Mini Dashboard to maximize screen space for your asset or avail list.
To hide the Mini Dashboard:
- Click the Hide summary button located at the top of the Mini Dashboard
- All widgets collapse and are hidden from view
To show the Mini Dashboard again:
- Click the Show summary button (appears where Hide summary was located)
- All widgets reappear and display current counts
- Your previous filter selections are preserved
Working with Assets Tab Widgets
Action Needed Widget
The Action Needed widget displays the number of assets requiring action before their due date. This widget helps On-Time Delivery (OTD) by proactively managing upcoming asset requirements.
To use the Action Needed widget:
- View the count displayed in the widget
- Click one of the time filter options: 1D, 7D, or 14D
- The Assets tab automatically filters to show only assets requiring action within your selected timeframe
- Work through the filtered list in the UI or export for bulk processing
Required Asset Delivery Status
The Required Asset Delivery Status widget shows the number of required assets with due dates in the past 14 days or next 14 days, broken down by delivery status.
To use the Delivery Status widget:
- View the count for each status: Failed, Pending Delivery, Fulfilled, Processing definitions below:
- Pending Delivery: Indicates that the asset in this row is missing.
- Fulfilled: Indicates that Prime Video has received the associated asset and it has successfully passed our delivery specifications.
- Processing: Indicates that Prime Video has received an asset and it is being processed by one of our internal systems status.
- Failed: Indicates that Prime Video has detected one or more errors with the asset in the given row.
- Click any status to filter the Assets tab
- Review assets in that delivery state
- Take appropriate action based on status
Required Assets Past Due
The Required Assets Past Due widget displays assets that are past their due date but before their start date.
To use the Past Due widget:
- View the total count of past due assets
- Click an asset type filter: Video, Audio, Timed Text, Image, Metadata, or All Assets
- The Assets tab filters to show only past due assets of that type
- Prioritize delivery to recover before the start date
Redelivery Requests
The Redelivery widget shows assets requiring redelivery that were originally delivered in the last 7 days or are due in the next 7 days.
To use the Redelivery widget:
- View the count of assets requiring redelivery
- Click an asset type filter to narrow by Video, Audio, Timed Text, Image, Metadata, or All Assets
- Review the filtered list of assets with quality issues
- Review, Fix, and Redeliver corrected assets to resolve defects

Working with Avails Tab Widgets
Failing Requirements
The Failing Requirements widget displays avails with failing or passing publishing requirements within 7 days of the avail window start date.
To use the Failing Requirements widget:
- View the count of avails with failing vs. passing requirements
- Click Failing to filter to avails that need attention
- Review the specific publishing requirements that are failing
- Take corrective action to meet requirements before the launch window
Publish Ready Status
The Publish Ready widget shows avails with a publish ready or not ready status within 7 days before or after the avail window start date.
To use the Publish Ready widget:
- View the count of ready vs. not ready avails
- Click Not Ready to identify avails requiring attention
- Review what’s preventing the avail from being publish ready
- Complete required actions to move avails to ready status
Unmatched Avails
The Unmatched Avails widget displays avails delivered without matching assets that are scheduled to start in the next 7 days.
To use the Unmatched Avails widget:
- View the count of unmatched avails
- Click the widget to filter the Avails tab
- For avails that should be live, verify metadata and required assetshave been delivered
- For avails that should not be live, follow content removal guidelines
Expiring
The Expiring widget shows avails that have recently expired or are expiring within 14 days of the latest end date.
To use the Expiring widget:
- View the count of expiring or recently expired avails
- Click the widget to filter the Avails tab
- Review which avails are expiring
- Extend avail windows if you want to maintain availability
Past Due
The Past Due widget displays avails from the last 14 days that are past their start date with failing publishing requirements.
To use the Past Due widget:
- View the count of past due avails
- Click the widget to filter the Avails tab
- Review which avails missed their launch window
- Resolve publishing requirement issues to enable publishing

How Due Dates Are Calculated
Asset due dates are calculated as:
Due Date = Earliest Start Date - Delivery SLA

Taking Action from Widgets
Using Single-Click Filtering
All widgets support single-click filtering to instantly narrow your view:
- Click any widget or filter option within a widget
- The corresponding tab (Assets or Avails) automatically applies filters
- The filtered list displays only items matching your selection
- Work through the list one item at a time or in bulk
To clear filters:
- Click the X next to each applied filter in the filter bar
- Alternatively, open advanced filters modal and click “clear filters” to clear them all at once
To add filters:
- Click the filter icon to add advance filtering
Exporting Filtered Data
After clicking a widget to apply filters, you can export the filtered results:
- Click the Export button in the Assets or Avails tab
- Choose your desired export
- The export includes only the filtered items from your widget selection
- Use the export for offline analysis or bulk processing
Working Through Lists in the UI
After filtering via a widget, you can work through items directly in Catalog Manager:
- Review the filtered list of assets or avails
- Click any row to open the Asset Quick View to see more details
- Take required actions
- The item automatically moves out of the filtered view once status flips to fulfilled (note: can take up to 24 hours to reflect)
- Continue working through remaining items
