“Live on site” status column

Last updated 2026-07-23

The Live on site column on the Avails tab provides real-time status to indicate whether your avails for a title are available to Prime Video customers across one or more supported devices. You can use this column in combination with the Publishing requirements and Amazon internal review columns in the Avails tab, to understand when some action is required to make your content live. Use the Live on site column together with filters and exports to manage your own workflows.

Live on site statuses

The Live on site column can contain one of 3 values:

  • Live: The avail associated with this title is live on one or more devices. No partner action is required.
  • Not live: The avail associated with this title is not live on any devices, potential reasons include:
    • It has failed publishing requirements
    • The offer is pending Amazon internal review
    • The offer is out of its availability window
    • The offer is in a taken down status

Partner action may be required to fulfill failed publishing requirements.

  • Status unavailable: Prime Video does not have a Live on Site status for this offer. Your title may be live, but Prime Video has not yet received a confirmation status. No partner action is required.

You can create a custom view of the Live on site values on the Avails tab. For complete instructions, see Build a “Look Ahead” view for your titles and check out the Create a custom view on the Avails tab section.

Filtering by Live on Site Status

You can filter the Avails tab by Live on site status to manage your workflows. There are two recommended approaches depending on your goal:

  • Option 1: See all offers without a confirmed Live on Site status (broadest view)
    • Use the filter below to see all avails that are either “Not Live” or “Status Unavailable” — useful for a comprehensive lookahead report.
    • This returns offers with both “Not Live” and “Status Unavailable” statuses, giving you the most complete picture of anything without a confirmed live status.

  • Option 2: See only avails that are truly not live
    • Use the filter below to see only avails with a confirmed “Not Live” status — useful when you want to focus on items that may need action.
    • This returns only “Not Live” avails and excludes “Status Unavailable” offers.
