Catalog Manager: Avails tab

Last updated 2024-09-30

In this section, you’ll find an explanation of the Avails tab and the columns associated with this feature.

Avails tab

The Avails tab provides a more granular view of your catalog. This tab splits titles into their territory, license, and quality type. It also provides publishing requirements and shows whether an avail is ready to be published. Only titles with current avails appear here.

Tab
Description
SKU(s)
Titles, Avails, and Assets

Stock keeping unit (SKU) is an alpha-numeric string used by both your business and Amazon to identify a title. If there are multiple SKUs, this field displays a number representing the total count of SKUs associated with a given title. Tip: Click the quick-copy button next to a value to copy it to the clipboard.

Business Alias
Titles, Avails, and Assets

Business alias is the entity, subsidiary, or brand associated with this title. This is sometimes referred to as vendor alias.

Titles tab only: This field may display multiple aliases if a title was merged.

Title Submission State

Refers to a title’s current status within the browser-based title creation flow. Values include:

· Draft: Title creation process has started, but has not yet been submitted.

· In Review: Title has been submitted, and Amazon’s compliance team is currently reviewing it.

· Ready: Title has been successfully submitted; no further action needed. Delays may occur due to licensing review.

· Error: An error during the title creation process requires action or support from Amazon. (You can view error details in the Title Hub).

Since statuses are displayed across business lines and territories, if one of your titles (such as an SVOD in Germany) has status Error, the overall status of the title will say Error, even if your TVOD US title is live.

· Removed: Title has been taken down by Amazon.

· View Status: A clickable link that takes you to the Avails tab for a more granular view of your catalog.

Note: This status does not indicate whether your title has been published, content delivery level statuses, or status for titles submitted through bulk delivery. Publishing information is found in the Avails tab, and asset delivery information is found in the Deliveries tab.
