In this section, you’ll find an explanation of the Avails tab and the columns associated with this feature.
Avails tab
The Avails tab provides a more granular view of your catalog. This tab splits titles into their territory, license, and quality type. It also provides publishing requirements and shows whether an avail is ready to be published. Only titles with current avails appear here.
To export the contents of your current view, click the Export dropdown to the right of the Actions button. See Export query results for more information.
Avails tab columns
The following table explains the different columns on the Avails tab, and the information displayed in each column. Many of the same columns also appear on the Titles tab, as noted.
Column | Tab | Description |
SKU(s) | Titles, Avails, and Assets | Stock keeping unit (SKU) is an alpha-numeric string used by both your business and Amazon to identify a title. If there are multiple SKUs, this field displays a number representing the total count of SKUs associated with a given title. Click the number to open a popover with the complete list of associated SKUs. Tip: Click the quick-copy button next to a value to copy it to the clipboard. |
Business Alias | Titles, Avails, and Assets | Business alias is the entity, subsidiary, or brand associated with this title. This is sometimes referred to as vendor alias. Titles tab only: This field may display multiple aliases if a title was merged. |
Title Submission State | Titles | Refers to a title’s current status within the browser-based title creation flow. Values include: · Draft: Title creation process has started, but has not yet been submitted. · In Review: Title has been submitted, and Amazon’s compliance team is currently reviewing it. · Ready: Title has been successfully submitted; no further action needed. Delays may occur due to licensing review. · Error: An error during the title creation process requires action or support from Amazon. (You can view error details in the Title Hub). Since statuses are displayed across business lines and territories, if one of your titles (such as an SVOD in Germany) has status Error, the overall status of the title will say Error, even if your TVOD US title is live. · Removed: Title has been taken down by Amazon. · View Status: A clickable link that takes you to the Avails tab for a more granular view of your catalog. Note: This status does not indicate whether your title has been published, content delivery level statuses, or status for titles submitted through bulk delivery. Publishing information is found in the Avails tab, and asset delivery information is found in the Deliveries tab. |
Content Type | Titles, Avails, and Assets | Indicates whether your title is one of the following: · Movie · Episode · Season · Series · Promo |
Titles | Titles, Avails, and Assets | The title name of your content as it was created in the Title Hub or submitted via bulk file upload. For titles that were added via the Title Form Submission in Title Hub, the title will be hyperlinked and take you to the Title Hub. For titles added via bulk file upload (Aspera, S3, or API), the title will not be hyperlinked. Tip: Click the quick-copy button next to a value to copy it to the clipboard. |
Publish Ready Status | Avails | Indicates whether all publishing obligations have been fulfilled. Both Publishing Requirements and Amazon Internal Review are inputs for this status. Values are Ready or Not Ready. |
Quality | Avails and Assets | Refers to the quality that your title is availed for. Values include: · SD · HD · UHD / 4K |
Benefit ID | Avails | An identifier that applies to a collection of titles, grouping them. A customer gains access to titles under a benefit via a Subscription, which provides access to the benefit. |
License | Avails and Assets | Refers to how customers will consume your title on the Prime Video Storefront. Values include: · Advertising Video on Demand (AVOD) · Electronic Sell Through (EST) · Free Video On Demand (FVOD) · Pre-Order Electronic Sell Through (POEST) · Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) · Video On Demand (VOD) |
Territory | Avails and Assets | Refers to the territory that your title is availed for. Values are represented using International Organization for Standardization (ISO) country codes. |
Promo # | Titles, Avails, and Assets | For promo titles (such as trailer or bonus material), this refers to their sequence number among all promotional content for a given title. |
Episode # | Titles, Avails, and Assets | For episode titles, this refers to their sequence number within a Season. |
Season # | Titles, Avails, and Assets | For episodic content, this refers to their affiliated Season’s sequence number within a Series. |
Promo Parent | Titles, Avails, and Assets | For promotion content (such as trailer and bonus material), this refers to their affiliated title. |
Season | Titles, Avails, and Assets | For episodic content, this refers to their affiliated Season. |
Series | Titles, Avails, and Assets | For episodic content, this refers to their affiliated Series. |
SKU Marketplace | Titles, Avails, and Assets | Indicates the Marketplace that a given title was delivered against. Values include: · Global · US · JP · GB · DE |
ASIN(s) | Titles, Avails, and Assets | Amazon Standard Item Number (ASIN) is an Amazon-wide identifier used to represent any product that can be purchased on Amazon. If there are multiple ASINs, this field displays a number representing the total count of ASINs associated with a given title. Click the number to open a popover with the complete list of associated ASINs. Tip: Click the quick-copy button next to a value to copy it to the clipboard. |
Production Timing | Avails | Indicates whether your title is Same Day Production (SDP) or Same Week Production (SWP). |
Record Type | Avails | Indicates whether an Avail and/or Metadata have been delivered. Values include: · Avail (only an Avail is present) · Matched (both Avail and Metadata are present) · Metadata (only Metadata is present) |
Latest End Date | Avails | The end date for the latest avail window. The displayed value is in local time. Click the info icon to display the time in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Note: A right/avail can have multiple availability windows on Prime Video. For example, a right might be available from 01-JAN-2022 to 31-MAR-2022 and then available again from 01-MAR-2022 to 31-MAR-2022. In this example, the latest end date for the right/avail is 31-MAR-2022. |
Earliest Start Date | Avails and Assets | The earliest start date for the earliest avail window. The displayed value is in local time. Click the info icon to display the time in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Note: A right/avail can have multiple availability windows on Prime Video. For example, a right might be available from 01-JAN-2022 to 31-MAR-2022 and then available again from 01-MAR-2022 to 31-MAR-2022. In this example, the earliest start date for an avail is 01-JAN-2022. |
Amazon Internal Review | Avails | Indicates whether Amazon has completed its respective processes for reviewing content prior to publishing. Values are Complete or Incomplete. |
Publishing Requirements | Avails | Provides details about deliveries you are required to fulfill in order to publish a title. Values for this column are represented as a ratio of the number of completed delivery obligations out of the total number of required delivery obligations. Click the status icon to open a popover containing the list of publishing requirements and their respective statuses. Click the View Details button to open a dialog box with a more detailed overview of publishing requirements. |
Split Licensing | Avails | Indicates whether an avail is split licensed and may include the lender’s business alias. This value reflects the input of the Any field in the avail. |
GTI | Titles, Avails, and Assets | Global Title Identifier (GTI). Tip: Click the quick-copy button next to a value to copy it to the clipboard. |
