What is the VOP Cycle?

1. PV Roadshows: Learn about recent milestones and significant business initiatives on the roadmap. PV hosts Main Sessions with Q&A and focus groups at several global cities throughout the year in conjunction with major industry conferences.	2. Focus Groups: Give crucial, early feedback on specific initiatives in development during our in-person Voice of Partner Focus Groups (VOPFGs). They are confidential talks between partners and PV, recorded to ensure feedback accuracy.	3. Contact Us General Feedback Form: Use a simple form to share feature requests, paper cuts, pain points, and praise. Let us know details like urgency, importance for your business, and sentiment about business initiatives or product launches.
4. VOP Prioritization: VOP collates multiple sources of feedback, distills insights from that feedback, and ranks the insights. Business, Product, Tech, and Ops teams use rankings to prioritize.	5. The Partner Deck: Keep up to date on initiatives between Roadshows with the monthly deck snapshot.

Partners conflated the “Status” column in the Deliveries Tab with broader delivery status across Catalog Manager tabs. Through VOP, the team shipped the rename.

Titles Tab Export

VOP identified this as a high-value Paper Cut and routed it to on-call engineering capacity — the first time we’ve used on-call as a delivery channel for VOP requests.

A customer collaboration request surfaced the issue through VOP, the team moved quick and the support guide and code change were turned around in under two weeks.
