There are different instructions for deleting a title, depending on whether or not the content is live. If the title is live to customers, the process is the same, whether the title is episodic or standalone.
Delete a live title
The quickest, most error-free way to remove a title from the storefront is to update the title’s availability.
- In Catalog Manager, go to the Titles tab and search for the title you want to delete.
- Click the hyperlinked title name to go to the Title Hub.
- In the Avails section, click the Edit button.
- Select the check boxes for specific rows (territory/license type combination) you want to remove.
- Click the pencil icon next to the current availability to open the Edit dialog box.
- Update the availability window End date to the current date and time (or the desired time you want the content removed from the storefront).
- Click Save and submit.
Delete a draft season or episode
Seasons can be deleted from the Series Hub or the Season Hub. Individual episodes can be deleted from the Series Hub, Season Hub, or Episode Hub.
Delete a draft season
In the Series Hub under Seasons and episodes, a trashcan icon appears next to each entry.
- Select the season you want to remove and then click the trashcan icon.
Within the Season Hub, a Delete season button appears at the bottom of the main hub page.
Delete a draft episode
There are three ways to delete an individual draft episode from Title Hub.
Option 1: In the Series Hub under Seasons and episodes, there are trashcan icons next to each line item. Select the episode you would like to remove and click the trashcan icon to delete it.

- Option 2: In the Season Hub under Episodes, there are trashcan icons next to each line item. Select the episode you would like to remove and click the trashcan icon to delete it.
OR - Option 3: In the Episode Hub, there is a Delete episode button on the main hub page.
