Prime Video delivery requirements vary by territory. For simplification, the US, UK, DE, and JP territories are collectively referred to as "Classic" and all other territories are referred to as "Global." Because of the packaging requirements of these territories, multiple separate asset packages are required if a title is to be published in all territories (Classic and Global). If a title is only going live in Global, only one delivery package is required. As a result of these nuances, onboarding must be completed for each Classic territory and the Global territory.
Classic specifications will be deprecated by the end of 2023 upon transition to One Catalog. After your migration to One Catalog, all deliveries, regardless of target territory, must follow Global specifications.
If a title is available to customers in SD/HD and UHD/HDR formats in Global and all four Classic territories, a total of 13 asset packages are required. See the table below for a summary of required assets.
