Supply Chain Updates, May 2025

Improved artwork examples, the Subscriptions dashboard, 2:3 Poster Art uploads, and more Last updated 2025-05-15

Hello, valued partners! This page serves as a notification to inform you of recent updates.

Improved defect codes (and new artwork examples) to help you resolve errors

We’ve updated our support documentation to better describe artwork error codes and defects, and added visual examples of different artwork defects. Now you can see at a glance what major and minor artwork defects might look like, and how to quickly correct them. For complete information, search the Quality measurement and feedback page for defect codes beginning with “IQ” (for “Image Quality”), or just review the examples side-by-side on the Artwork defect examples page.

(Other defect codes have changed recently, too—in some cases, we’ve adjusted their impact from Major to Minor, or vice versa. You can always find all the current codes and descriptions in the Quality measurement and feedback page.)

Check out the Subscriptions dashboard in Slate

Channels partners can now review their Channel(s) subscription data in a dedicated dashboard. Set the date range and Channel/Tier you want to see, and get data like the total number of paid subscriptions at the end of the period and the percentage of change over time. For details, see Subscriptions dashboard overview.

PVD content providers: Upload 2:3 Poster Art via a new widget in Title Hub

Note: This feature is ONLY available to Prime Video Direct (PVD) content providers in Slate. If you manage and edit your individual titles through Title Hub, read on! If you want to upload 2:3 Poster Art in bulk instead, see Artwork delivery: Bulk file delivery only.

We’ve launched a new widget in Title Hub that PVD content providers can use to upload 2:3 Poster Art. This allows you to manually upload new or replacement 2:3 Poster Art for all your titles, ahead of our redesign of the Prime Video mobile experience.

Art with the 2:3 aspect ratio is most effective in a vertical or mobile phone layout. This widget will help you prepare the best possible mobile experience for your customers. For more information, see Title Hub: Update title artwork.

Reminder: An archive of monthly updates is now available in Slate

We’ve transitioned the Supply Chain updates from an email newsletter to a page that lives directly in the online support documentation. Driving our communications through Slate itself lets us reach every partner and internal stakeholder of the portal, in the language that they prefer, and helps us to build a consistent archive of these updates in one place.

This May 2025 update is the first one that isn’t accompanied by a duplicate email! The updates will still continue on a monthly cadence, and will appear as links on the What’s New page in Slate each month. Updates are published in English on the third Friday of each month, and localized versions will appear approximately 2 weeks later.

Thanks again to all our partners for following these updates to their new home. We’re now tracking visits to the Slate support guide overall, including each of the monthly update pages, and we look forward to seeing traffic and engagement grow with this new format.
