Artwork quality is essential for creating an engaging viewing experience on Prime Video. The images on this page illustrate Prime Video’s quality requirements for artwork and provide examples of what constitutes a defective image for specific errors (defined in detail on the Quality measurement and feedback page). The following sections provide clear examples of acceptable and unacceptable artwork for both major and minor defects. Partners should use this resource to ensure their submitted artwork meets our quality standards and avoids common issues that may result in rejection.

Major defect samples

Major defects significantly impact the customer experience and Prime Video’s brand quality. The following examples illustrate each of the major defect codes for artwork, side by side with a correct, non-defective version.

Minor defect samples

Minor or non-critical defects are visual imperfections that compromise artwork quality without rendering the image entirely unusable. The following examples illustrate each of the minor defect codes for artwork, side by side with a correct, non-defective version.
