Navigate Catalog Manager

From here, you can access Catalog Manager, Financial resources, Marketing resources, and Reporting. - Business Alias dropdown list
Click the dropdown to switch between available business aliases. - Account settings
Click the dropdown to see or change basic account details. - Authorized business toast message
This tells you how many businesses are allowed to view and work with this catalog. - Titles and Avails tabs
Navigate between the high-level Titles view and the granular, content rights view on Avails. - Search bar
Enter text to search for title or SKU. - Advanced search/filter icon
Click to open an Advanced Filter configuration dialog box. - Search result count
Shows how many results are available based on your search. - Add title button
Opens Title Hub. - Link icon
Link to the search results in Catalog Manager. - Filters applied
Shows any filters applied (like filtering by Business Alias). - Title column and additional columns/fields
Filterable fields specific to the current tab. Each tab has specific fields. - Info icons
Click an info icon to open a dialog box with information about the field. - Sort icons
Click to sort by column/fields. Filter with primary and secondary sorting options in ascending or descending order. - Copy icon
Click to copy the line item. - Pagination
Change the number of results that appear per page, or jump directly to another page.
Top action bar (on tabs)
Each tab—Titles, Avails, or Deliveries—has a similar layout. Tabs have functions to search, filter, and sort based on either the title or the avails in their respective tabs, or by file deliveries in the Deliveries tab. At the top of each tab, you’ll see these controls:
- Search bar
Search by title, name, or SKU. - Filters
Use to filter results. See Catalog Manager: Simple and advanced searches for more information. - Settings
Change viewing options. (Note: Some functionality is not available during Beta phase). - Viewing
Page count for the number of entries displayed in the table below. - Add title button
This opens the Title Hub. - Export
Export the table and search queries. Click the icon to see an option to export at the title level (and eventually at the title’s asset level). - Link icon
Copy a link to the current filter state to share with other users or Amazon support.
Note: There is a difference on the Avails tab. There is a Hide Series columns check box for when you are searching for standalone titles. You can hide the series columns that don’t apply to standalone titles.
