Important: The features in this article are available by invite only, and exclusively to Managed Contract Partners.

Promotions tooling offers content partners the ability to curate and publish promotional content for Prime Video programs, with temporary price reductions (TPRs), also referred to as national promotions, and Prime Prime Member Deals (PMDs), which are Prime Video-exclusive promotions.

Content partners can now configure:

  • The offers they want to promote
  • The economics for each offer (such as price discount)
  • Campaign duration

When the upload is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation in the same dialog box, indicating whether the file was successfully processed. Files without any formatting errors recieve a Valid green message or an Invalid red message.

Within 5 minutes after the upload, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a link, whether the upload format was successful or not. If the upload was unsuccessful, the email will state the entries that need correcting for resubmission.

Important: To ensure that you receive email notifications, you need to have enabled them in your Prime Video Slate account. If you haven’t done so, please reach out to your partner manager for support on enabling your account for Promotions notification eligibility.
