At Prime Video, we believe maintaining a high customer experience bar for content helps us drive better results for you, our Channels content providers. Accordingly, we've set customer-centric creative review policies to help preserve and enhance that experience.
The hero banner is one of the most visible placements on Prime Video Channels collection pages and the Creative Asset Review process evaluates whether the assets you deliver using our self-service tool meet specifications and customer expectations.
We'll provide an explanation for any rejected assets and resubmission for review is required. Rejected assets can't be uploaded for hero banner use. Your compliance with the Creative Asset Review process as part of our self-service storefront tool guidelines helps to preserve the customer experience and your brand on Prime Video Channels. Consistent non-compliance with the review process could potentially result in revocation of self-service capabilities.
The Creative Asset Review process is required for the following:
All creative assets required for a hero banner update must be submitted in the same request. Review the creative asset guidelines in Marketing artwork reference.
We recommend submitting assets for review as early as possible to allow time for thorough review, for you to make any required revisions, and for follow-up reviews. Don't rename files from the provided creative templates during the submission process.
The QC team confirms receipt of your submission.
The QC team reviews assets according to the territory specific guidelines for the hero banner within three business days.
If the QC team informs you of asset issues, you must correct any issue and resubmit assets within 2-3 business days.
