While the video, timed text, audio and image technical asset requirements for Global delivery are the same as Classic delivery, because of packaging requirements, there are several notable differences:
- A semi-textless mezzanine
- MEC Metadata and MMC Manifests (file naming convention and AXML metadata is not supported in Global)
- Discrete audio and timed text files
Round 1
This round is used to test the following competencies: overall asset quality, ability to format metadata and manifest documents and ability to construct series/season/episode hierarchy. This round provides the lowest complexity while still touching on all necessary core competencies for delivery. Errors experienced in this round are coached and redelivery is requested until a 100% accurate delivery is made.
