The Playback dashboard contains playback event data from your channel subscribers.
General information
The Last updated tag at the top of the dashboard tells you how long ago your data was refreshed on the page. Data typically refreshes 4-6 times per day.
Note: If the last updated time exceeds 24 hours, the Prime Video Slate team is working to resolve an issue. Please check back later.
Playback data is grouped by the date in which the playback event occurred for the subscriber.
For example:
- If a user is in the PST time zone at 11 PM on January 1 and watches content, that stream will be anchored to January 1.
- If a user is in the EST time zone at 2 AM January 2 and watches content, that stream will be anchored to January 2.
The following controls on the page let you interact with the dashboard to focus on the specific information you need.
