Foreign Language Onboarding

Foreign Language Content that is intended for customers that don’t speak the primary language of any given territory must be presented consistently across marketplaces to make sure our target customers have a positive experience, considering both Classic and Global marketplaces.

Our Partner Integration Team and Partner Launch Managers will guide you if you have questions on the following information. For Prime Channels partners, our team will also advise you as to whether your service falls into "Channels aimed at Native Speakers" or "Channels aimed at Non-Native Speakers."

In the following tables, see guidelines on how to submit title-level assets (artwork, metadata title, and synopsis) and merchandising level assets (name, key art, and description).

For both Classic and Rest of World (ROW) territories, we require partner inputs to be delivered in a specific way to keep a consistent experience.
