Login and security
If you have an incorrect phone number or email associated with OTP 2-factor authentication, or you need general assistance with OTP 2-factor authentication, visit the Login & Security page in your Amazon account, or reach out to Amazon customer service to investigate or update as necessary.
Important: Amazon Business accounts are incompatible with Slate accounts. You should avoid linking your account to an Amazon Business account (even if you receive an email prompting you to do so). If you have already linked your account to Amazon Business and are experiencing sign-in problems on Slate, there are two workarounds:
- The administrator of the Amazon Business account must remove your user account. For complete instructions, see Manage people.
OR - Switch to a different user account (or create one) to be used with Slate.
