The Live on site column on the Avails tab provides real-time status to indicate whether your avails for a title are available to Prime Video customers across one or more supported devices. You can use this column in combination with the Publishing requirements and Amazon internal review columns in the Avails tab, to understand when some action is required to make your content live. Use the Live on site column together with filters and exports to manage your own workflows.
Live on site statuses
The Live on site column can contain one of 3 values:
- Live: The avail associated with this title is live on one or more devices. No partner action is required.
- Not live: The avail associated with this title is not live on any devices, because it has failed publishing requirements or is pending Amazon internal review. Partner action may be required to fulfill failed publishing requirements.
- Status unavailable: Prime Video doesn’t have a status for the avail associated with this title. No partner action is required.
