Preferred Fulfillment Vendors (PFVs) are elite service providers that excel in streamlining asset deliveries for content partners to Prime Video. By leveraging their expertise and efficiency, PFVs significantly simplify the complex process of asset packaging and delivery within Prime Video’s specs and quality standards. These high-performing vendors play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and timely delivery of assets, enhancing the overall experience for content partners.
PFV program conditions
PFVs agree to consistently meet the following performance measurements. Note that Prime Video reserves the right to regularly audit these KPIs and apply any changes as necessary. Affected PFVs will be notified of these changes prior to implementation. KPIs are weight-averaged and will be calculated and published for each PFV on a quarterly basis.
