Copyrights

You may publish content that you’re the copyright holder or have permission from the copyright holder. By providing content to Prime Video, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions unless otherwise provided in your applicable audiovisual content license agreement with Amazon.

Amazon respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work is copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.

Trademarks

Subject to your compliance with the terms of the Digital Video Agreement (the “Agreement”) and solely in connection with your distribution of content via Prime Video Slate (the “Program”), Amazon (“we” or “us”) hereby grants you, for the Term and in the Territory (each as defined in the Agreement), a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (the “Limited License”) to use the permitted trademarks and logos provided by us to you (those Amazon trademarks and logos, collectively, the “Amazon Marks”), subject to all usage requirements and solely in connection with the digital media promotion of the availability of your titles via Prime Video Slate.

You may not otherwise use any trademark, service mark, commercial symbol, or other proprietary right of Amazon, issue press releases or other publicity relating to us or the Prime Video Slate program, or refer to Amazon in any promotional materials without Amazon express prior written consent or otherwise misrepresent the nature of the relationship with Amazon in any way.

Your use of Amazon Marks must comply at all times with Amazon Trademarks Guidelines and the Prime Video Slate Marketing Guide.
