Prerequisites
If you want trailers to be available to all Prime Video customers and not only your channel subscribers, your vendor alias must be set up at the contract level to deliver FVOD content.
Updating your EMA Avails as FVOD in the LicenseType field doesn’t automatically set up your channel to provide FVOD to customers. Please contact your Prime Video business team to update your contract.
