The Deliveries tab in Prime Video Slate displays new validations for your MEC files and for artwork. Check this tool as you upload files to make sure they are successfully ingested in the Prime Video catalog. If your artwork remains in an Awaiting Match to Manifest status, verify your MEC file to make sure that it references the correct artwork filename.
Submit multiple metadata with different a Region. The artwork files should be delivered separately with a different filename.
This is allowed if the Region is different (for exampe, en-US box art with a blank Region vs en-US box art with US Region). If placement (box art and so on), locale, and region are identical, Prime Video Slate validates this and provides an error.
One box art asset with an empty Region attribute (box art is available in all territories) is mandatory. Cover and hero art with empty Region attributes are also mandatory.
Region values are optional and typically used for artwork compliance purposes in a territory. They aren’t required unless for these purposes, and can have multiple LocInfo blocks with different Language values. When you declare a Region and an ArtRef in a Region, it must include one Boxart purpose.
Reference the English ArtReference only in the English LocalizedInfo. For each LocalizedInfo block, when ArtReference is used, there must be one Boxart purpose.
A LocalizedInfo block with en-US metadata and box art can be delivered. A separate LocalizedInfo block can be delivered with only it-IT metadata with no artwork (no ArtReference).
One box art for all territories (blank value in the Region attribute) is required at the season level. Cover and hero art with a blank Region attribute are also required at the season level. There is no limitation to ingest cover and hero art for episodes.
